Dear Team,

We’ve recently observed that some company-issued laptops have been returned with personal stickers or decals applied. While we understand the intent may be to personalize your device, this practice is creating challenges for the IT Department when preparing laptops for reissue.

As a reminder, all laptops are the property of the company and may be reassigned to other employees as needed. Placing stickers on these devices:

• Affects the professional appearance of our IT assets

• Makes refurbishment and reissuance more time-consuming and difficult

• May cause permanent damage to the surface of the devices

To help us maintain a clean, consistent, and professional fleet of equipment, we kindly ask all employees to refrain from placing any stickers or adhesive materials on laptops.
